- A General Meeting of the TCHOA is scheduled for Thursday, February 23 at 7:00PM. Location:
The Faith Presbyterian Church at 16330 Hwy 1085, Covington, LA 70433. . - The 2012 TC
Mardi Gras parade will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 1pm. There is a new route this year starting at
Tallow Creek Blvd & J.J. Ln heading East to Jack Dr., then left to Amy Ct., then right to Cole Ct., then left
to Solomon Dr., then left to Tallow Creek Blvd., then left again back to J.J. Ln. Happy Mardi Gras!!! . - In order to file a warranty claim with Goodman Mfg for repairs and/or replacement
of failing A/C coils in your Goodman A/C unit, contact Dawn Campbell at (713)263-5899 to get your unique authorization number.
Once you have the authorization number, you need only provide that number to a contractor who's familiar with the Goodman
warranty claims process. Thanks to Diamondhead Heating & Cooling for their help resolving this problem. . - Permanent dates have been established for two annual garage sales.
The spring sale will be on the first Saturday in April and the fall sale will be on the first Saturday in October. . - A reminder to please
be considerate of our community by not littering. There has been a
persistent problem with trash being thrown along Tallow Creek
Blvd from Hwy 1085 to J.J. Lane. . - Please watch your
speed limit and stop at all stop signs. The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Dept. has been contacted to provide random patrols
in Tallow Creek; however, repeated requests for services are required in order to maintain their presence. So please
call (985) 898-2338 periodically to requests patrols in our subdivision.
